Disappearance of Delphine Jubular: new decision of the Toulouse Court of Appeal this Monday, her husband Cédric remains in prison
The investigation chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal decided to keep Cédric Jubillar in prison on Monday July 4.
According to the judgment rendered at the beginning of the afternoon, Monday July 4, Cédric Jubillar remains in prison. Cédric Jubillar’s lawyers had filed a new request for release. On June 28, during a closed hearing, the Advocate General of the Court of Appeal requested, without really surprising, the continued detention of the husband of the nurse who disappeared on December 15, 2020.
According to our colleagues from La Dépêche, “Justice is stubborn and this will lead to a legal disaster. We keep on fighting, no anger or resignation“, reacted My Franck and Alary, the lawyers of Cédric Jubillar.
Cédric Jubillar was indicted on June 18, 2021 for the murder of his wife Delphine, whose body has still not been found. He was then remanded in custody.
