VUB Prague concludes business with CPI Property Group – WN24.cz – World News 24
Prague, June 24, 2022 (PROTEXT) – The Prague branch of the largest Slovak corporate bank VUB, which is part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, successfully signed a bill of exchange issued by the leading Central European real estate group CPI Property Group in the amount of € 50 million with a 6-year maturity.
“We reaffirm our strategic commitment to the market at local and European level,” said Giuseppe Ferraro, Director of Corporate Banking and SME at ISBD Intesa Sanpaolo. “This strategy, combined with the group’s capacity to structure and distribute stores, also allows us to excel and collaborate with international clients, such as CPI Property Group, through synergies with the IMI-CIB division.”
Through this service, we provide as general corporate financing, the Prague branch of VUB supports the recent growth of the CPI Property Group real estate portfolio and the consolidation of its leading position on the market in the central region of Europe.
