Lyon 2: Sofidy acquires two shops on the Presqu’île
These assets are located on rue Victor Hugo. They were purchased on behalf of the SCPI invested in Immorente 2 retail premises and a dedicated institutional fund.
Sofidy has announced that it has signed the acquisition of two commercial premises on the Presqu’île de Lyon, on behalf of the SCPI invested in the walls of local shops Immorente 2 and a dedicated institutional fund.
These two new acquisitions confirm, according to Sofidy, “the investment strategy focused on local shops located in the heart of the city centers of large dynamic regional cities”.
The two shops are located at the foot of the building, at 29 and 60 rue Victor Hugo, one of the main shopping and pedestrian streets of the Presqu’île de Lyon, between Bellecour and Perrache. The district underwent a complete renovation in 2020 as part of the “Coeur Presqu’île” urban project, in order to revitalize the first commercial center of the capital of Gaul.
Two assets leased to leading brands

The two retail assets are leased to two leading national brands. The store at 29 rue Victor Hugo is occupied by Yves Rocher, a brand specializing in skincare and cosmetic products. The asset covers an area of 87 m².
The shop at 60 rue Victor Hugo is occupied by “Maisons Du Monde”, a French distribution, furnishing and decoration brand. The asset extends over more than 400 m² on the ground floor, as well as an adjoining room.
