The highest salaries and the best opportunities for cultural and sports activities are one of the biggest attractions that the cadon attracts thousands of new people to the capital. The number of inhabitants of Prague is constantly growing and this trend did not change even at the end of this year. According to current data from the Czech Statistical Office (S), the Czech capital grew by 2,556 new inhabitants during the first quarter of this year. The people who flocked to Prague have a lot to do with it.
The endless stream of new Praan bag still reveals fundamental shortcomings, which I have been pointing out for a long time. The new inhabitants of the capital must have where live. And here it has been famous in recent years. Housing construction lags behind demand, with the number of available flats halving. As evidenced by the S data, according to them, only 1,217 new flats were completed in Prague from the end of this year’s end. If they only served the new Praanm, they would have to live in everywhere live at least two. Housing construction thus lags behind demographic developments. Not to mention the lack of infrastructure, which is adapting to the growing sweat of the population only very slowly.
It is not surprising that there are so many people in Prague. Offer the greatest professional opportunity to pay the highest salaries. At the same time, its inhabitants have the best access to education, health, sports and cultural activities. It is therefore logical to assume that the number of Praan will continue to grow in the future.
The current land fully approved in 1999 and valid since 2000, two have been exhausted. Although it was supposed to replace it with new land after ten years with a new type of development land, nothing happened. The development potential of Prague thus gradually decreased to zero. It is such a miracle that there will be some flat condition at all. In order for this to happen, the investor must undergo a martyrdom of land change. This process has been taking me for many years.
The modern capital must be ready for constant development. It is essential that there is a good level of land that can respond to current trends. The current exhausted is the exact opposite of what Prague needs. It is blocked by natural development, and the open-air museum in Prague has become obsolete.
