The disobedient volunteer had to be from the front line in Ukraine. The police in Prague are interested in other acts
The NCOZ did not provide details of the case with reference to the High Public Prosecutor’s Office in Prague (VSZ), which supervises the case.
“I can confirm that on Friday the police officers from the NCOZ carried out procedural acts of criminal proceedings and detained one person, however, no criminal prosecution was initiated,” VSZ head Lenka Bradáčová told Práva on Tuesday without further comment.
According to information from News and Law, this is a globetrotter from the Czech Republic. Among other things, he recently joined a corps of volunteers who fought against the Russian occupiers in the Ukrainian Kharkiv region, but moved to other countries.
The NCOZ detained a man who served in Ukraine in Prague.

According to the testimony in Ukraine, the suspected man had problems with military discipline and had to leave because he disobeyed the commander’s order. It is not clear what exactly this was about.
According to Law from a trusted source, the man was originally suspected of participating in terrorist groups and of having committed any of the terrorist crimes, but this suspicion was not confirmed in the end.
However, according to information from the Law of Police Screening, the man has nothing to do with the war in Ukraine.
The case will now be submitted to one of the district prosecutors’ offices to investigate the detainee’s suspicions of petty crime. The plaintiffs did not specify what the acts were.
