Rape of Swedish citizen: The police have no idea that “guilty” is still at large

The Islamabad police, despite the registration of a First Information Report (FIR) almost a week ago, have not yet arrested the suspect who is alleged to have raped a Swedish citizen working with the UN International Fund for Children (UNICEF).
The rape incident occurred on the night of June 6, while the case was registered on June 7. According to the FIR registered with the Aabpara police, the Unicef official had joined the international organization in January this year and the man who allegedly raped her was the guard of a private security company Harris Enterprises. He was deployed to her house in G-6/4 three months ago in March this year.
According to the FIR, the Unicef official claimed that the security guard went into her bedroom at night while she was trying to sleep and that she got stuck in bed and sexually assaulted her. At first she could not recognize her torment due to the darkness in the room.
Then she appealed to him to let her turn on the bedroom lamp and go to the bathroom to wash blood from her mouth.
When she turned on the light, she recognized that it was her security guard Muhammad Safeer. She ordered him to leave immediately but he was stronger than her and forced her to do what he wanted. For a moment she feared he would kill her.
But after repeated requests, he gave in and let her go to the toilet but he followed her. Inside the bathroom, when she was washing blood from her mouth and lips, he asked her not to tell anyone about the incident, otherwise he would lose his job. He also “promised” to marry her. After convincing him to leave her alone in the bathroom, she locked the door from the inside and waited until she realized he was gone. She then rushed to the police station to hand in an FIR and demanded action against the man.
