Selected: 18-year-old rookie may threaten the gate of Dénes Dibusz
A day before the Italy-Hungary football League of Nations match, we watched the Italian sports press deal with the match against us.

It would be an exaggeration to say that the Italian sports press on Pentecost on Monday, the interest in Lautaro Martínez or the change of club in Juventus Paulo Dybala on a much more frequent topic, not to mention Paul Pogba’s possible return to Turin, focused on the match against the League of Nations.
But more interesting than all of them now is the new savior of Italian football, Wilfried Gnonto. At Saturday’s Bologna Italy-Germany League of Nations (1-1), the home captain Roberto Mancini also inaugurated six newcomers, but the 18-year-old Gnonto made the best impression. He gave the pass to Lorenzo Pellegrini. His appearance on the team surprised even the Italian drukkers, as he came out of the unknown because he is a player of the Swiss FC Zürich.
The Corriere dello Sport in Rome devotes three full pages (in addition to the first three inside pages) to the presentation of Gnonto, the Tuttosport in Turin almost two, and La Gazzetta dello Sport in Milan also writes extensively about it. They show in amazing detail where the boy born in Verbania, Piedmont, grew up, which boy kicked the ball first, shows his parents, his childhood joint photos with Roberto Mancini, Javier Zanetti and Esteban Cambiasso, and compares them to Lionald Messi and Cristiano without any restraint.
His current “discovery” is also surprising because he grew up at the Internazionale Academy anyway, but in 2020, at the age of 16, he was resigned by the Milanese, so he moved to Zurich. Where there is hardly any left after this, new entrants include AS Roma, Fiorentina and the fresh ascending Monza.
It is easy that Dénes Dibusz will also have to face him on the field on Tuesday night in Cesena.
