JSo far everything is (almost) fine. Despite visible signs of a slowdown in recent months, the price of existing housing stock has, over a rolling year, gained +3.1% in the Pink City: €3,740/m2 for apartments, €4,215/m2 for the houses. “Given the local economic dynamism, driven by workers in the aeronautics sector, demand for housing remains strong in an urban area that is gaining 15,000 new inhabitants each year”, underlines Stéphane Aubay, president of the Federation of real estate developers (FPI) of Toulouse Occitanie.
