A forest bath is just a nature walk!
The walks are intended for people over 50. They will be held on selected days of June and July in the Wolski Forest. The first “green bath” is already on Friday, June 3, from 9.00–11.00. The collection of the Club’s Education will be held at the Ecological Center “Symbioza”, al. Żubrowa 15.
Walks should wear appropriate clothing and footwear, participants and participants in the activities of the activities. The level of difficulty of people will be adjusted to a given group.
