Cannabis sale in the children’s room: 13-year-old improves pocket money
A 13-year-old student in Salzburg has significantly increased his pocket money. Witnesses informed police that the youth was selling herbal cannabis in his bedroom. The Salzburg public prosecutor then ordered a house search.
Two witnesses charged the student. They claimed to have bought narcotic herbal cannabis from him on a number of occasions and that the teenager was in larger quantities of the narcotic with each purchase.
A witness stated that the student’s herbal cannabis came from the father’s stock. However, the witness could not state with certainty whether the father gave him the drug voluntarily or whether the student secretly took it.
During a house search in the student’s room, around 90 net grams of herbal cannabis, a large precision scale for weighing the addictive substance and countless objects related to addictive substances such as used bongs and several grinders (cannabis grinders) were found.
Police also find Russian sexual enhancer in the father
The officials also found what they were looking for in the garden house, which according to police information can clearly be attributed to the father of the 13-year-old. There, the drug sniffer dog discovered a total of around 910 net grams of cannabis herb. According to the first findings, the quality of the cannabis herb must be rated as very good. Furthermore, objects such as boards with glass tubes with drug residues of cocaine and a counterfeit Russian sexual enhancer subject to the Drugs Act were found on the father.
The cannabis herb is sent to the Federal Criminal Police Office in Vienna to determine the exact THC pure value and examined there. The father is reported to the public prosecutor’s office in Salzburg while he is still free. Due to his aging and the associated lack of criminal responsibility, the son does not yet have any criminal consequences to expect, but a report will be sent to the public prosecutor’s office and the youth welfare office. − dpa
