The transferee, Franck Supplission would not have respected his commitments. Layoffs, no job creation, more than sluggish activity…
The Annecy public prosecutor’s office is requesting the resolution of the plan to sell the assets of Alpine Aluminum due to the buyer’s non-compliance with its commitments.
On August 1, 2019, receivership proceedings against SCOP Alpine Alumium were opened by the Annecy Commercial Court. In December 2019, the Annecy Commercial Court approved a transfer plan for the benefit of the companies Samfi-Invest and Industry, which had made commitments, as recalled in a press release from the Annecy public prosecutor’s office: “to take over 49 employment contracts to create in addition to jobs take over 100 positions on the Cran Gevrier site within 4 years, including 31 within 2 years of the judgment. »
Thus, out of 85 employees, 49 had to keep their jobs.
And yet, despite its commitments, the transferee carried out dismissals and conventional terminations so that only one employment contract out of the 49 takeovers still continues in 2022. During the summer of 2020, the employees were finally made redundant.
As for the company’s aluminum activity, far from having been developed or even maintained as in 2019, it would only be by four employees.
The businessman, behind this takeover of SCOP Alpine Aluminium, has therefore not respected his commitment to create new jobs either. The assignee, Franck Supplisson, is himself targeted by a preliminary investigation by the Annecy prosecutor’s office for fraud in judgment and abuse of weakness in this case.
The case will be tried on June 29, 2022.
