Sweden – NetJob’s revenue increased by 34.3%, reports strong organic sales growth

The job site operator NetJobs Group AB (NJOB: STO) reported that revenues for the first quarter increased by 34.3% compared with the same period last year, while profits for the Stockholm-based company increased.

“Sales during the first quarter increased by 34% to SEK 5.8 million [from SEK 4.3 million in the year-ago quarter] with a positive operating profit of SEK 0.3 [compared with SEK 0.1 million a year ago], says CEO Niklas Eriksson. “It is gratifying to be able to show strong organic sales growth and an improvement in earnings compared with the same period the year before. We continue to show sequential net sales growth for the sixth quarter in a row. “
Share price and market capitalization
Shares in NetJobs closed down 5.54% on Tuesday to SEK 0.762 (€ 0.0726), and shares set a new 52-week low on Tuesday when they reached SEK 0.713 (€ 0.0679), according to FT.com. The company had a market capitalization of SEK 25.6 million (EUR 2.4 million).
