Warsaw. Ignacy Gogolewski’s funeral – 23 May
On Monday, May 23, the funeral of actor Ignacy Gogolewski will take place – we informed that on Tuesday, the creative priest, Fr. Andrzej Luter in social media. The mourning masha will start at 11.00 in Warsaw.

“The farewell mass will begin at 11.00 in the Creative Communities’ Church on Plac Teatralny in Warsaw. Luther.
“The mass will be broadcast online via YouTube channels of the Creative Environment” – wrote the priest.
Ignacy Gogolewski was born on June 17, 1931 in Ciechanów. In 1953, soon the acting department of the State Drama School in Warsaw, and soon he was employed at the Polish Theater in Warsaw. He also performed at the Warsaw Dramatic, Contemporary and National Theater. He managed the Silesian Theater Stanisław Wyspiański in Katowice, Teatr im. Juliusz Osterwa in Lublin and the Rozmaitości Theater in Warsaw.
A separate chapter for his representation and film role. He has performed, inter alia, in “The Soldier of the Queen of Madagascar” by Jerzy Zarzycki, “Troubled Love” by Stanisław Różewicz, “Countess Cosel” by Jerzy Antczak, “Jownie” by Janusz Morgenstern. The most memorable, however, was Antek Boryna of the TV series “Chłopi”.
Gogolewski is also a laureate of awards and distinctions, including: Splendor Splendorów, the Grand Prize of the Festival of the Polish Radio Theater and the Polish Television Theater “Two Theaters”, the Master of Polish Speech. In 2000, she received the Aleksander Zelwerowicz for the performance of Szarm in “Operetta” by Witold Gombrowicz, dir. Jerzy Grzegorzewski at the National Theater in Warsaw. He was honored, incl. Commander’s Cross with the Star of the Order of Polonia Restituta and the Gold Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis.
