Debrecen-Nyíregyháza Diocese held a children’s day in Nagykálló-Harangod | Hungarian Courier
After the greeting of László Tóth, the priest of the diocesan religious education, the clergy of the Incarnation Parish in Debrecen started the children’s day program with a short program.
The stations and tasks of the obstacle competition were led again this year by the young believers from Debrecen, Kisvárda, Nyíregyháza, the students of the Nagykálló law school, and the scouts from Nyíregyháza.
In addition to the dog show of the police, the playhouse of the Hungarian Maltese Charity Service, as well as the interesting and attractive toys of the scouts, it was also possible to weave and carve wood. The pony tooth was also popular this year, and the staff of the Health Development Office in Nagykálló was also waiting for those interested. Participants were also able to taste bread baked locally in ovens.
At the afternoon Mass, Father István Németh was grateful for the experiences of the day spent together with the enthusiastic, vigorous style and the musical service of the Sisters’ Angel Choir and the Camillian Sisters, wrote chief organizer György Kardos in his report.
