Wild end of the season. Slavia without a title, the keys to Prague are held by Sparta
Slavia football fans certainly did not imagine such an end to the season even in their wildest dreams. In the penultimate round, lose hope for the title and in the last lose the derby at home with Sparta. After three master celebrations in a row, bitter sobering up. The silver medal is not a bad result at all, but in Eden they have been accustomed to the highest goals in recent years. The team from Letná was very hot for Wednesday’s MOL Cup final with Slovácko.

The Slavists went to the top part in the position of table leader, but the final part of the season did not succeed. Out of five matches of the group, they won the only one, on the other hand, Pilsen, apart from a draw, did not hesitate with Slavia.
Sold out Eden watched interesting football in the first half. After twenty minutes, Sparta took the lead after the Čvančary goal, just before leaving for the locker room, Ševčík equalized. After the break, knowledge was played more carefully. In the 78th minute, the Spartan Wiesner had to take a shower prematurely after the second yellow card, but only five minutes passed and his party, even weakened, managed to pull the lead to their side. That’s when Hložek scored beautifully with a shot from a penalty kick.
In the wild, traditional derby emotions worked. They were not carried mainly by the hot head of the Slavist Plavšič, who was groping for the missing Haraslín and also had to go to the locker room a little earlier than everyone else.
