Audrey Fleurot does not imagine the series “elsewhere than in Nord-Pas-de-Calais”
She’s back for eight new episodes after a first season of all records, with an average of 11.5 million viewers per episode. Morgane Alvaro returns to the Lille police station, where she is hired as a consultant. This gifted housekeeper character is once again played by Audrey Fleurot.
Tour in Dunkirk, Wimereux and in the Lille metropolis
Nord-Pas-de-Calais has become “a full-fledged actor” in this series according to the actress at the microphone of France Bleu. “Morgane isn’t Parisian, she’s not a girl from the South either, she’s a girl from the North!” Audrey Fleurot appreciates the “diversity of landscapes” and close to the sea and Belgium. The actress has family roots in the region and pass “Half the year. It’s a super welcoming region!”
“I have the impression that it is the region that gives the most money for filming. The least we can do is give back to it, by doing cool things that highlight it”, adds Audrey Fleurot. Filming for this second season started in October 2021 for the whole winter. A large part took place in our region: in Dunkirk, Wimereux and in the Lille metropolitan area.
The producer of this season 2, Pierre Laugier, explained this Thursday morning on France Bleu Nord that season 3 is already being written. Will it be filmed again in Nord-Pas-de-Calais? If this is the case, Audrey Fleurot would like the filming not to take place in winter, as during the first two seasons. “The winter tunnel is complicated. I would like us to be able to allow ourselves even more audacity in the costumes by shooting a little in spring or summer… because I’m not hiding it from you how cold I am!” The first two episodes are broadcast this Thursday evening on TF1.
