Prague – The Prague concert of the singer Patti Smith, who was postponed due to anti-pandemic measures, will take place in the Karlín Forum on July 17. The series of relocated concerts will be opened at the Archa Theater on May 13 by British art rock veterans Van der Graaf Generator, led by singer and guitarist Peter Hammill. Pavel Turner informed ČTK on behalf of the 10:15 Zábava agency.
“The last two years have been marked by the search for new and new dates. You have already agreed, everything has been difficult to move and soon another shift has come. . Palečková.
As part of their tour, the German industrialists Einstürzende Neubauten will perform in the metropolis. In 2020, we wanted to celebrate the fortieth anniversary and also released a new album, Alles In Allem. The songs from him will finally be heard live by domestic fans of the band on May 31 in the Karlín Forum.
Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason will return to Prague for the second time on June 12. With his band Saucerful of Secrets, he will once again present the band’s early songs from 1967 to 1973. The original project to do several London concerts has become a world tour with a lot of visitors.
Forum Karlín will also welcome American singer, composer and activist Patti Smith. She returns to Prague repeatedly and her concerts are always sold out. The same is true of her performance on July 17, when she will arrive in the chamber ensemble. She will be accompanied by guitarist Jackson Smith, Tony Shanahan on bass and keyboards and Seb Rochford on drums.
This year’s offer from 10:15 Entertainment closes the concert of the British punk trio The Toy Dolls. The Archa Theater will welcome the band, which has been active on the music scene for more than forty years, on November 5.
