Radisson opens two Individuals hotels in Bologna and Vienna
Agreement between Radisson Hotel Group and the real estate developer Value One to expand the Radisson Individuals portfolio in Italy and Austria with two new hotels, in Bologna and Vienna.
Both hotels will be managed with the new one hotel brand Awa of Value One, which offers modern tourism with ESG criteria and a new standard of sustainability and social impact in the sector.

Awa Hotel Bologna – a member of Radisson Individuals – will be a newly built hotel just outside the historic center of Bologna, within walking distance of the central station and the main points of interest in the city. The new hotel will have 305 rooms, restaurant and bar, gym, 140m2 meeting space, swimming pool and rooftop lounge bar with sweeping city views.
Awa Hotel Vienna – a member of Radisson Individuals – will be part of the Weitblick mixed-use tower development. Scheduled to open in 2025, it will be located in Vienna’s most sustainable district, Viertel Zwei, a residential and office area, ideal for business travelers. In addition to 246 rooms, the hotel will offer guests an all day dining restaurant, gymnasium and 480m2 meeting space.
