Dabout the construction of new large districts is returning to Prague after decades. While so far developers have focused mainly on projects with hundreds of apartments, in the coming years they want to focus more on the transformation of disused sites, so-called brownfields. Their area in tens to hundreds of hectares allows you to build real estate complexes with thousands of apartments. The largest districts, which are to grow in Žižkov or Bubny, even count on 11,000 flats. Upon completion, up to 25,000 new residents could move into them.
