War in Ukraine: Julia and her children were housed in Russia by Russian artists
Julie Sarychevová fled with her children from Ukraine to the Czech Republic, taking refuge with two Russian artists in Prague. He and his three sons (8:12, 15) now live together in one of Prague’s churches, which belongs to Peter Bank.
The war forced the Ukrainian family to flee Julie, along with her three sons Sephain (8), Sava (12) and Sergei (15), to find refuge elsewhere. And they chose the Czech Republic, where they were housed by a pair of Russian artists.
These are Julia Fedulová and Petra Banková, who decided to take care of the four. He now lives in one of the churches in Prague, which the couple owns, the agency writes Reuters. However, their journey to safety was difficult, first they set out from Lviv by train to Poland, where they met volunteers. They then got them to Prague.
“Some have nowhere to go.” says Julie from Ukraine, who is also an artist. “I was just crying, it was a shock. I didn’t want to feel like a refugee at all, “he describes your experience from the borders. “I have no idea how this story will end.” adds.
