LEGISLATIVE: Bruno David declares himself a candidate to “present the face of a renewed right”
Member of the Republicans, opposition municipal councilor in Dijon, Bruno David is applying for the second constituency.
Press release from Bruno David of May 2, 2022:
After three successive mandates of deputy of the 2nd constituency of the Côte-d’Or, Rémi DELATTE has just been part of his intention not to present himself at the next electoral suffrage.
I salute the tremendous work done by a man who “loves people” as he rightly likes to say. His tireless action in the service of our fellow citizens in general and the inhabitants of the 2nd district in particular was based on knowledge of the territory and recognized competence. I thank him warmly for having proudly carried our ideas of a social and humanist right. He knew how not to join the measures taken by the successive LREM-Modem-Horizons governments of Mr. MACRON, measures too often far removed from the daily concerns of our fellow citizens.
This late decision has generated an unexpected situation and is an opportunity to present the face of a renewed right.
76 municipalities making up this half-urban, half-rural “little France”, which we love for its richness and diversity. It extends from Dijon (Bourroches, University, Grésilles) and Saint-Apollinaire to Orain on the borders of Côte-d’Or, Haute-Marne and Haute-Saône, passing through Auxonne, Pontailler-sur -Saône, Mirebeau and Fontaine-Française.
The election of the president must be respected, but requires a firm opposition and can contain the excesses of the power in place and prepare for the future. Our right must be independent, popular and uncompromising.
My professional activities allow me to be aware of the economic and social realities of our country. Attentive to the fractures that the current power aggravates, I endeavored to ensure that our fundamental values, which are freedom, individual responsibility, respect for all French people, the value of work and a certain idea of France capable of expressing themselves .
With Julie BLIGNY, lawyer, who will be a dynamic substitute with a pragmatic and fresh look at politics, we will listen and respond with conviction to the expectations of our fellow citizens.
You can count on all my energy to bring your voice to the action.
My commitment will be total to reduce fractures, revitalize the territory, and be the craftsman of simpler and more adapted laws.
So I’m a candidate to be your New Right MP.

Julie BLIGNY, 54 years old
2 children – lawyer – substitute
Holder of a DESS in business law, her sense of contact and psychology directed her activity towards family law and educational assistance.
From her father, very invested in the history, the transmission and the preservation of the local cultural and natural heritage, she holds a strong attachment to her region. After having lived alternately in the countryside and in Dijon where she set up her main office, she created a secondary office in a rural area.
Through her work, she is at the heart of the concerns of the inhabitants. She feels a dichotomy between their expectations and the policies put in place, which leads her to invest in the municipal elections of 2020 by being present on the right and center list in Dijon. In 2021, she is a candidate for the departmental majority of Côte-d’Or in the canton of Dijon-3 (Grésilles, Joffre, Toison d’Or) and collects 46% of the votes in the second round.
Convinced that the reconstruction of the right is as necessary as possible, she wishes to convince the inhabitants of this in order to get out of the situation of no choice between a single party and the extremes.
