The protesters who gathered in Deák Square in Budapest on Saturday afternoon stood up for Ukraine. Those present protested against Russia with parents, many of whom had a Ukrainian flag, a plaque resembling Russian President Vladimir Putin like Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler, and a banner resembling the Russian war symbol, the letter “Z”.
In the square, Ukrainians and sympathizers sang the Ukrainian national anthem, several chanted the phrase “Слава Україні!”, Meaning Glory to Ukraine.
