At the time, it attracted the attention of politicians who condemned the actions as an inappropriate threat of violence, as well as police officers on the spot. The author was forced to take the gallows from the demonstration.
The police first adjourned the case on the grounds that no violation had been found. Specifically, it would happen to a gallows if someone specific was marked on it. In the end, however, he evaluated his actions as a violation of public order. Therefore, the case was decided by the City Hall of Prague 1.
He inspired a wooden gallows He scattered next. Several of them appeared at the demonstration a week later.

Already in February, the iROZHLAS.cz server visited Josef Rozsypal to shed light on his actions. He declined vigorously and vulgarly: “You’re a jerk, there will be no conversation. Get out. ”
The man from the northeast of the Czech Republic was not the first to bring a gallows to the protests. Already in 2013, for example, they appeared at demonstrations against the Communists or against the government of Petr Nečas (ODS). In connection with the coronavirus pandemic, the Governor of the Moravian-Silesian Region, Ivo Vondrák (YES), also addressed a similar situation.
