Cholesterol: good or bad?

Where does cholesterol come from?

How to act?
First step limiting the production of cholesterol. It is advisable to reduce the consumption of sugar, sweets and other foods that raise blood sugar. This therefore concerns pasta and bread.
Then, it will be necessary to prevent this cholesterol from oxidizing because it is the one that accumulates in the arteries. Therefore favor vegetables, fruits, green tea, quality olive oil or even nuts and fatty fish.
Finally, last step: promote its elimination by focusing on fibers. You will find them in legumes, vegetables, oats and barley and flax, pumpkin or chia seeds.
