Focuses more on sponsorship of women’s cycling: – Gender equality and sustainability in practice
The mobility and fuel company Uno-X will be the general sponsor of the bicycle race «Tour of Scandinavia – Battle of The North» which will now be one of the world’s largest bicycle races for women. The parties have signed a comprehensive agreement for 2022 and 2023 with an option for extension.

Tour of Scandinavia aims for live TV coverage globally with 2.5 hours of daily TV broadcasting. In 2021, the precursor to the race, the Ladies Tour of Norway, had over ten million unique viewers globally.
“Tour of Scandinavia – Battle of the North” has WorldTour status and will be held in Norway, Sweden and Denmark 9 – 14 August this year. Together with the Tour de France and Giro Rosa, the Scandinavian race is one of the most prestigious in the cycling world for women, it is said in a message.
In Norway, the race is broadcast live on TV 2 and Eurosport.
