A partnership between AGRASC and DNID enhanced by exceptional sales
AGRASC and DNID wish to enhance their partnership as an organizer in 2022 exceptional sales several highlighted each time either atypical goods – here the grands crus – or innovative practices (for example the action coordinated with the seal management center of the Douai Court of Appeal). These auctions of seized or confiscated property aim for a common goal: guarantee the efficiency of justice by combining dispossession of assets resulting from offenses and preservation of their value.
AGRASC, a public institution
AGRASC is a public establishment which was created to improve the effectiveness of the penal response intended to combat delinquency by depriving its perpetrators of the proceeds of their crime and to repair the damage suffered by the national community by paying the proceeds of the goods sold to the State budget and to funds intended to compensate the victims or to finance actions of general interest .
The DNID, a specialized department
The DNID is a specialized department, responsible for the valuation of property seized and confiscated by the courtscustoms and the DGFiP in the context of tax disputes, but also the sale of abandoned vehicles at the pound and scrapped property of public bodies.
An exceptional sale of grands crus in Dijon
More than 1,000 bottles grouped into 200 lots representing the greatest vintages, in particular from Burgundy and Bordeaux, will be offered at auction.
This sale is a new illustration of the synergy and the institutional dynamism existing between the Domain and the Justice to make the best use of the assets seized and confiscated in criminal matters.
