The reasons for the protest
“Confail – Faisa has proclaimed a further 4-hour strike at national level on 28 April 2022 in support of the renewal of the CCNL Autoferrotranvieri and Internavigatori, also presenting its own platform”, explains trade unionist Renzo De Dominicis, of the regional secretariat.
“The chronic delays in contract renewals are no longer acceptable, since while they work while they see their salaries steadily at the starting stake gradually lose purchasing power, the continuum of life gradually grows. – adds De Dominicis – It is necessary that Employers’ Associations and May the Ministry of Labor and Transport make an exceptional effort, given the times, to solve this age-old problem by listening to the demands of the workers who, despite being exhausted by the continuous institutional interference, have shown a very high sense of duty and responsibility in the period of the covid pandemic and of the lockdown and the continuous aggression that the category is continually undergoing remains at the forefront “.
