Poczta Polska is offering a plot of land at Sowińskiego in Wola for sale. A few years ago, the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction, Andrzej Adamczyk, promised that they would be built here as part of the government’s Mieszkanie Plus program.
As announced by Poczta Polska, the plot at 28 Sowińskiego Street will be put up for auction on June 24. The property has 2.4 hectares, the starting price is up to PLN 110 million.
Land at ul. Sowińskiego 28 with a strong neighbor with already very housing estates, so the real estate may be attractive for those developers who plan to further develop housing estates and their surrounding buildings – operation in the communication of Poczta Polska.
