The 39-year-old was later released, according to the information. The 32-year-old was brought before a magistrate on Friday and is now in custody. It is being investigated for an attempted assassination.
According to previous knowledge, the two men probably got into an argument with the 19-year-old in an apartment. The argument then allegedly took place on the street. There one of the men stabbed the upper body of the 19-year-old with a previously unknown weapon. It was still unclear what the dispute was about. The police are looking for witnesses.
