an application from Toulouse helps you write everything down
This is the promise of the Toulouse start-up, Noota. She designed an intelligent assistant that automatically generates reports or written notes from a conversation between several people. A godsend for researchers, secretaries or elected officials.
In France, executives spend an average of 27 days a year in meetings according to an Ipsos survey for Wisembly. A time when speeches follow one another and fly away. “Many conversations are lost“says Alexandre Duffaut, designer of Noota.
An observation that led him to imagine an intelligent assistant to transcribe, in real time, the exchanges of a meeting, an interview or an interview.
Called “Noota”, the platform is able to collect information from the voice to generate a text, a price of note or subtitles.
Thanks to artificial intelligence, the tool is able to capture the exchanges of 10 interlocutors at the same time and to understand 70 languages.
Noota is also compatible with video meetings but ” does not work with phone calls yet admits Alexandre Duffaut.
Similar apps exist (like Dragon), but Noota wants to be more complete and more functional. After several tests, the Toulouse innovation is indeed very effective.
The technology has already won over more than 4,000 users, including the FNSEA, the CNRS, 20 minutes, the National Gendarmerie, the European Parliament and French universities (Science Po, etc.).
Depending on your use, count between 15 to 45 euros per month, for an individual license.
Born in September 2020 in the pink city, Noota has 7 employees. Based both in Toulouse and at “Station F” in Paris, the young shoot wants to become the French leader in transcription.
