Easter and Easter Monday by the sea at Vienna Luce di Focette
Let’s start by saying that at the ViennaLuce di Focette on the seafront of Marina di Pietrasanta you feel really good, open air, sun and sea at your doorstep, indeed, even less. Dishes with very fresh and zero-kilometer products, then the legendary Gourmet Atelier scones and, last but not least, the sympathy, the cordial welcome, the hospitality of Giacomo and Isacco menici, of Naghy Kamal nephew and son of his sister Monica. In short, an elegant and, at the same time, informal environment, where you can laugh and joke, listen to music and even dance outdoors, where you want to live.
Well, at Easter and Easter Monday Giacomo Menici wanted to prepare a particularly captivating menu with his staff at an absolutely not prohibitive cost. In addition, rich in seafood and other baked specialties that are a great deal in these latitudes duty.
An EasterSunday 17 April for example, here’s what it provides the menu:
Welcome Prosecco
– Zucchini blossom au gratin with grouper filling on Bergader fondue.
“Atelier Inside Mare”: S.specialty from the oven stuffed with mozzarella fior di latte, cherry tomatoes, leek sheets, guacamole and salmon tataky.
First course: Millefeuille of egg pasta with seafood sauce.
“Fumi di Praga”: S.specialties from the oven stuffed with fior di latte mozzarella, a hint of sweet gorgonzola, Prague ham, truffle and parmesan flakes at the exit.
Dessert:
Fresh ricotta pie with pears and pine nuts served with chocolate
