The defunct palace overlooking the Galata Tower erected this cut train. The project of Kadıköy Municipality to turn Kızıltoprak station to the Ministry of Interior and Göztepe station to be handed over to the Presidency for the construction of a complex has been admitted by AKP council members.

The plan of the AKP government regarding most of the idle historical trains was Kadıköy Municipality Council. AKP members of Kadıköy Municipality announced that the Kızıltoprak station will be handed over to the Ministry of Interior, and the construction of the Göztepe station’s part of the complex will be handed over to the Presidential Palace. Allegedly, a station will be given to the ministry of sports.

Kadıköy Mayor Odabaşı said, “As the mayor, I am not aware of this incident. Isn’t the Ministry of Interior or well-paid Kadıköy Municipality? We asked the ministry about the official way, and they said, ‘We will rent it out to tender’. Different scenarios are being discussed now. Those who, as the Mayor of Kadıköy, prefer the AKP council members who do not spread this development. I bring the issue to the attention of all residents of Kadıköy and Istanbul.”
Kadıköy Deputy Mayor Fahrettin Kayhan said, “Even this is an indication of what happened to the AKP itself,” and added, “They can share it with people from Kadıköy Municipality who are hiding the truth. But believe me, we will not have that project done there”.

REGISTERED BUILDINGS
There are 27 stations, stations and stops between Haydarpaşa and Gebze. Kadıköy is known as the first stations Haydarpaşa, Feneryolu, Göztepe and Erenköy. Kızıltoprak, Feneryolu, Suadiye and Bostancı Stations with the election dated 31.03.2004 and numbered 6910 by the Cultural and Natural Assets Conservation Board No. II, Göztepe Station with 430 electors dated 13.07.2005, 10.11. Erenköy station was registered as a cultural structure that needs to be protected with the selection number 11609 dated 1979.
KIZILTOPRAK TRAIN STATION
Kızıltoprak Train Station is the old at-grade train station belonging to TCDD, located in the Kadıköy Zühtüpaşa neighborhood. The station, located on Istanbul-Haydarpaşa – Ankara, was built for the Ottoman Anatolian Railways line, which was put into service on September 22, 1872 by the Chemins de Fer Ottomans d’Anatolie / Ottoman Anatolian Roads (CFOA) Company and went into service in 1910. TC served the B2 Commuter Train between 1969 and 2013 at the rebuilt station on 29 May.
GOZTEPE TRAIN STATION
The station, located on Istanbul-Haydarpaşa-Ankara, was put into service in 1876 at the Erenköy Train Station. The first station is a small two-story wooden building that was lowered by 11 meters in 1915, approved by the Ottoman Anatolian Railways (CFOA) Company. In this situation, it was necessary to cross a bridge in order to pass the other project coming from Bağdat Street, and together with the bridge, a new and larger structure was designed in the Turkish neoclassical system, and a large structure was built as the old building building.
