Description: Documentation needed to build a gorilla pavilion
Prague Zoo has a new gorilla pavilion. Visitors and gorillas will enjoy a better environment and the Prague Zoo may have another problem from the table. However, when my problem is off the table, be careful not to break the floor somewhere in the basement. why? Take a look at the photo. That’s how much documentation the authorities required so that the Zoo could work its way to the gorilla pavilion and receive final approval. Not a pair of stamped papers, but thousands and thousands of papers and thousands of stamps. That’s how we live here. Concreting the bureaucracy until complete paralysis.
Then there is no point in asking why it all keeps scratching and not working for us? How is it that in those thirty post-revolutionary years we have not witnessed the prosperity of our country, our industry, our real wealth? How could we also, when every puck needs a confirmation and a step from the relevant authorities?
For example, such a construction procedure, which was now being discussed by blocking in the Chamber of Deputies. How are we doing? We finished 157th out of 190 countries in the world rankings. And how are the neighbors? Judge: Germany is in 30th place, Poland 39th, Austria 49th, Slovakia 146. However, Slovaks need only a third of the documentation. Living in our republic is like living in a sea of honey. It is nice to lick honey, to drown in it less. Why don’t our legislators overturn the German legislation of the building parties, when in thirty years the governments have only been able to concretize us in the worst of the worst category?
Six years ago, my family and I moved into our lovely house. I went with a mover and he said to me: “God, don’t report anything anywhere. Any building modifications, nothing. I was renovating the bathroom at home, I needed to tear down the wall, build another one elsewhere, and as a jerk I went to report it to the appropriate authority honestly. I was bullied for a year, I could not touch it for a year. And what money it cost. Don’t report anything to anyone and just do it illegally. ”That’s not normal. The state should be accommodating and helpful. And not often become an insurmountable obstacle. Then it is not the state, but the claw.
Then we have an incredible number of laws that I really remember for every bitch. Everything must be guarded by law, we have regulations and standards and ordinances and criminal law implications for everything, and God knows what else. There are so many laws that there is not a single lawyer or judge in the republic who would not unknowingly break it. We all break them because there are so many of them that it doesn’t matter. Overcrowding, overcrowding, strangulation of the whole society. In such an apocalypse, there is no point in clinging to the lesson – ignorance of the law does not excuse – because we are in a phase of hostages, which can always be pulled out, because no one knows whether he is breaking a paragraph at the moment. It is normal?
Remember last year’s triple beer taxation? If the customer only wants beer in a cup on a stand, he pays a different amount of tax than the one who buys beer at the table or the one who buys beer at a gas station in a can. And there was speculation as to the man drinking beer in a mug leaning out of a restaurant window. And it was not just a humorously appropriate question, but a matter for serious thought. So what was it like with those taxes on beer? I get out of the window, do I pay less? Or more? Damn it.
In order to move towards prosperity, it is necessary to start cutting the bureaucracy radically. We can start with the ministries. However, the Ministry of the Environment may end completely without delay and its agenda may be moved to the Ministry of Agriculture. can not? But it can. The Ministry of Culture can also wrap it up and become just a department at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. can not? But it can. The circle of skilful pioneers of the Ministry, Helena Langšádlová, now the Ministry of Science, Research and Innovation, that it should not be abolished, it should not even have been established. Ministry for Regional Development? Give peace, let his agriculture, education and social affairs throw his agenda. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs can merge with the defense. Karel Havlíček’s engagement at the Ministry and the Ministry of Industry and Trade has shown us that the two ministries can merge and expel half of the local bureaucratic apparatus. Why isn’t this happening? Switzerland has a government of seven ministries and seven ministers, all housed in one building. And my? Seventeen ministers and one their prime minister. So eighteen members of the government. Government buildings are reluctant to count. Is that what we want to do to prosper? The last thirty years have shown that this is not the real nut. So what, dear government, did you say before the election that you would slim down the state? Was it just bullshit, or will he finally go to action? The picture from Prague Zoo is scary. It shows that the state is insane and the situation is unsustainable.
