Notice to epicureans. A new application made in Toulouse could save the organization of your next evenings. Soon in your smartphones, “Find your party” wants to be the new essential of the world ofevent by facilitating the organization of festivities. Its release is scheduled for Monday, April 18 on IOS and Android.
Democracy and simplify the organization of parties
“Find your Party” was created for democratize and simplify the organization of parties and other event projects. The application is intended for event professionals, student associations (BDE) but also for those who specifically wish to get involved in events through a centralized and simplified tool. From ticketing to security and statistics, Find your party think of everything.
This is also the strong point of the application: it centralizes all the needs related to the organization itself within the platform. At the origin of this candidacy, Mathias Salles was contacted by L’Opinion Indépendante. “Until then, there were only applications to allow people to find parties or ticketing devices. We are the only ones in France, or even in Europe, to bring together all the tools necessary for the organization of a event on a single and unique application”.
A gold mine for individuals?
This new gem could turn out to be a gold mine for individuals party organizers. “The idea is also to allow individuals to benefit from their evenings,” says Mathias Salles. He explains: “Today, individuals do not make their events profitable. Either you have to be professional or you have to do volunteer work, there is no in between. This application allows them, through the ticket office, to recover the receipts of their events”. Thus, for its part, the application is completely free to use, its remuneration comes from a small percentage of the profits established on the ticketing system.
An application made in Toulouse
Organization is the key word of this request made in Toulouse. Founder of the application, the Toulousain Mathias Salles is experienced in this discipline. He is the manager of the Toulouse company FYP event, specializing in the organization of seminars. A real pro of the organization, since he was president of the BDE of the University Toulouse 1 Capitole during his student years. The idea germinated in his head in 2014, with a friend. But according to him, “the technology of the time does not allow the establishment of such a device” and the project was put aside.
It was in 2019 when Mathias Salles was looking for a way to facilitate the organization of events for his company that he decided to relaunch the concept of application with his partner. “I said to myself: even if it means using it for my professional use, I might as well democratize it for everyone!”, he explains. After three years of work, the application will soon be available to everyone. As for the success of the device, Mathias Salles says he is “rather confident”. For good reason, “we have already signed a good number of these partnerships and the first feedback we have had is very encouraged”, he announces. We will have to wait until April 18 to form our own opinion. “It will be a Data version. A margin of progress is planned by this summer in order to release the final version on September 15th”, specifies Mathias Salles.
