A pastry/tea room vintage-looking. This is the new address opened by Constance Dupouy, Marina Ben Mohamed and Elodie Proust in the main street Saint Michel in Toulouse.
Since March 15
The bakery corner opened on March 15. “We had been working on the project for two years and thinking about the vintage concept that we were offering to customers. We are essentially a pastry shop with an offer that revolves around French and Anglo-Saxon classics. We wanted beauty and goodness,” explains Constance Dupouy.

A delicatessen
In addition to pastry, the new brand also has a tea room and delicatessen. You can find wine, cider, beer, flour, jam, homemade spread…
In a moving street
The sign opens in a street that is changing in depth. For the past few weeks, the City of Toulouse has been experimenting with one-way traffic. An experiment that foreshadows more in-depth design of this historic artery of Toulouse.
