While Le Mans lost to Fos-sur-Mer, Dijon fell at home to Pau-Lacq-Orthez. The Béarnais and Limoges club, who fell from Roanne, took the lead in the Betclic Elite standings.
Behind the leading trio, Pau-Lacq-Orthez remains on the lookout. After qualifying for the final of the Coupe de France, Elan Béarnais signed a fifth success in a row in Betclic Elite during its trip to Dijon. If Brandon Jefferson’s teammates (26 points) started strong with a one-sided first quarter, the JDA reacted to come back to two points at halftime. The second half of the match saw the two teams compete but Dijon, despite David Holston (20 points, 7 assists) ended up giving up four points (85-89). Limoges is also in contact with the podium after its victory, the second in a row, against Roanne. Patiently, the teammates of Demonte Harper (16 points) and Kuize Pinkins (16 points, 5 rebounds) widened the gap during the first two quarters. It was only in the last ten minutes that the CSP confirmed their domination for a victory of 25 lengths (86-61).

If the Manceaux started well, they suffered the battering of teammates Lasan Kromah (27 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists) to find themselves led at the break by six points. The two teams exchanged the lead in the score during the second half, but it was the players from Fos-sur-Mer who had the last word (93-99) and distanced Châlons-Reims a little further, beaten by Boulogne-Levallois this Friday. Strasbourg, for its part, also recalls Dijon and Le Mans. On the road to Cholet, the SIG quickly took control to lead by nine points at the break. However, DeAndre Lansdowne’s teammates (18 points) dropped off in the second half, snatching victory on a three-point shot from Jordan Howard (17 points), ten seconds from the buzzer (88-90).
