Denmark meets defending champions in the World Cup – Germany and Spain drew each other
It is fast becoming a giant match in the World Cup finals in football in Qatar. The former champions Germany and Spain will face each other.
Denmark drew France and Tunisia in the World Cup draw. They will also face the winner of one of the two intercontinental replays to be decided in June. In a play-off final, Peru meets the winner of the match between Australia and the United Arab Emirates.
England dream of ending the trophy drought the nation has had since the World Cup gold at home in 1966. In the group stage, it could be a British duel if Wales or Scotland beat Ukraine in the replay.
The opening match is between Qatar and Ecuador.
