Graffiti and urban culture: the Mister Freeze exhibition is making a comeback in Toulouse

It is one of the cultural events that will mark the spring, Toulouse. The exhibition Mr Freeze is making a comeback in the Pink City and moving into the former premises of the Maison de la peinture, in the Minimes districtfrom April 1 to May 8, 2022.
More than 3000 m² of exhibition
The emblematic sign of the boulevard de Suisse must indeed be destroyed soon as part of the developments linked to the project for the third metro line. But before its final destruction, the graffiti artists took place in the 3500 m² of the building for an unprecedented exhibition, titled “Out of the Blue”.
Works produced by local artists or artists from around the world, emerging or recognized, “for a jumble of works on walls, on canvas, in the form of gigantic installations but also, and above all, a plurality of techniques, know-how, sensitivities and conveyed messages”, according to the words of the organizers.
Workshops and events
The event gives pride of place to urban culture as a whole. With for example workshops skate or BMX, but also concerts, battles… Introductions to graffiti as well as guided tours will also be offered.
It will also be possible to eat on site with a food corner with sandwiches, tacos, burgers, waffles, etc.

Mister Freeze exhibition, in the former premises of the Maison de la peinture, at 105 boulevard de Suisse.
Open Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. During school holidays open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Prices: 5 euros for adults; 3 euros for teenagers and reduced rates, free for children under 10. More info on the event website.
