Hanover: Up to 7,000 euros for taking in refugees from the Ukraine NDR.de – News – Lower Saxony

Lower Saxony’s state capital Hanover granted financial aid for private landlords who Provide housing for war refugees from Ukraine. With a rental period of at least nine or at least 18 months, the city will pay an expected 1,500 or 3,000 euros for the accommodation. With two or more than three people, the amounts increase to 2,500 or 5,000 euros and 3,500 or 7,000 euros, as the city announced on Wednesday. The living space must meet certain minimum standards, including an appropriate size.
