“The proposed price is extremely low. Due to the interest of developers in the location, its actual market price is in the range of 40 to 60 million crowns, “said Jaroslav Němec, Chairman of the Pirates’ Representative Club. “The land is valued at 13 thousand crowns per square meter, we sell it for 9.6 thousand per square meter. There is up to 20,000 per square meter just across the street, where apartment buildings have already been built, ”Němec remarked.

According to the opposition, therefore, the land needs to be understood as a building plot. After all, the price map of Prague also marks it as a building and states its value of 13 thousand crowns per square meter.
“This is a built-up area, however, I view the land as a building plot due to the urban and architectural unpromising nature of the building, which is currently there,” said Deputy Karel Koželuh (STAN).
Although the expert opinion corresponds to the price at which the town hall sells the land, the expert proceeds similarly to the plots in the area, which are already built up privatized apartment buildings, but they are in a relatively decent condition.
