The Digital9 + meeting started a working meeting with representatives of the Business D9 + business associations from the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Poland and the Netherlands under the leadership of the Czech Confederation of Industry and Transport and part of the embassy in Prague, Jennifer Bachus. During the meeting, representatives of Business D9 + will meet for the first time a joint document, which served as an entrance to the next ministerial discussion.
“I am pleased to welcome the representatives of the digitally developed countries of the European Union D9 + in Prague. Even the current situation around us shows that cooperation and the sharing of common values and the same approach are the right way. We will continue the discussion on transatlantic cooperation, resilience and the relationship between the Digital Agenda and the Hunter from July during our presidency of the Council of the EU. “ said Ivan Barto, Vice-Prime Minister for Digitization.
Delegations agreed that strong transatlantic relations were a key framework for one of the most urgent challenges. The Council of Trade and Technology (TTC) is therefore a new platform for me to facilitate and support EU-US cooperation. Stty D9 + supports the principle of openness and the creation of global standards based on access to the hunter. The emphasis was mainly on the joint approach of the EU and the USA to a responsible and sustainable digital transformation. The D9 + countries highly appreciated the principal data flow agreement reached last week between the EU and the US.
“Darkness, the discussion emphasized the need to help Ukraine and the need to combat misinformation. At this time, it is important to work with countries that share the same democratic values. I am therefore convinced that this meeting has helped to deepen future digital cooperation in transatlantic relations. “ Petr Oko, Minister of Industry and Trade, added.
During the working lunch, a presentation was made by the Polish Secretary of State Janusz Cieszyski, who shared his experience with the special refugee wave in Poland. In one act, the Director-General of the DG CONNECT Commission, Roberto Viola, European Translations, used European identity identities.
