“Venus”: New bistro in Zurich
Food blogger and cookbook author Nina Giger and her team have the former «Venus Bar» on Zurich’s Franklinstrasse and reopened as a bistro after renovation work. Chris Züger is no stranger to the kitchen: the top chef is co-founder of the “Mémoire” restaurant on the Löwenbräu site. He has also cooked several fire ring events and pop-ups.
