From April 1, the ski slope “Nemira” passes into the administration of Slănic-Moldova City Hall – Awakening
With the end of the ski season 2021 – 2022, the ski slope “Nemira” from Slănic-Moldova resort will pass from the administration of the County Public Service for Tourism Promotion and Coordination of Mountain Rescue Activity Bacău (SPJPTCAS), to the administration of Slănic-Moldova City Hall , starting from 01. 04. 2022, according to a decision of the Bacău County Council, (Bacău County Council Decision no. 262 of 22. 12. 2021).
The “Nemira” ski slope was built by Bacău County Council, in partnership with the City Hall of Slănic-Moldova, within the project “Ski Park Slănic Moldova”, financed by the Regional Operational Program 2007 – 2013, Priority Axis 5 – Sustainable Development and tourism promotion; KAI 5.2 – Creation, development, modernization of tourism infrastructure to capitalize on natural resources and increase the quality of tourism services.
The financing of this project was provided both from European funds and through the contribution of the Bacău County Council, in partnership with the Slănic-Moldova ATU, which made the land available.
The slope was built on the northern slope of the “Nemira” Mountains (between 470 and 725 meters altitude) and was opened in December 2014, with a slope length of 1,414 m, an average width of 38 m, a total difference of level of 240 meters and an average slope of 17.6%, a slope that places it in the category of light parts.
In this way, SPJPTCAS Bacău thanks all those who, during the eight years of administration to the response to the invitation to visit this part and to practice winter sports, in the best conditions.
