Handball. N1F: Brest loses in Pas de Calais – Handball
N1F. Harnes – Brest BH (B): 41-38
Until the 51st, the B team of Brest Bretagne Handball was in front of the score, but the Breton formation was unable to resist the Harnesian assaults. The defeat was therefore there with a score of 41 to 38. The Bretonnes took the meeting from the right end by quickly going to the score (5-7 in the 10th).
In addition, Brest took advantage of certain offensive clumsiness of the Harnesiennes to carry out counterattacks. In placed attack, Lalie Berthonneau pierced the artesian defense (7-11). Romain Corre’s players describe many solutions in attack, especially with the pivot (16-20). In the last minutes of the first period, Brest was rescued by the HHBC, but the Breton team returned to the locker room in the lead. It was with the same desire that Brest started the second period.
The formation of Romain Corre remained in the game project (20-25). Harnes sounded the revolt in his den and had not said his last word. Laurent Rétif’s players regained their defensive solidarity and settled the target in attack (28-30 in the 42nd minute).
The Bretons could not channel the passion of the HHBC which equalized (35-35 in the 52nd). Harnes continued his pounding in order to pass in front and kept his hand on the meeting until the final whistle (41-38). “At the start of the game, we had a lot of success which calmed down in the last quarter of an hour of play, analyzed Romain Corre. Even though we were ahead, in the game the gap was really tight. The madness of the room, the youth of our group, our feverishness and the ardor of Harnes tipped the match.
