The refugees in Dobřichovice had difficulty breathing. Four patients are in the hospital
Three children and an adult woman from the refugee center in Dobřichovice in Prague-West, who suffer from more serious respiratory illnesses, took an ambulance to the Motol hospital in Prague in the early evening on Sunday.

The Rescue Service of the Samaritan Association of the Czech Republic, Prague-West, informed about this on Twitter, stating that these patients needed further care. And with the clarification that there were more patients with respiratory diseases who were called on-site by paramedics. “A total of 15 small children were dealt with,” the Samaritans said.

They should show a more detailed examination to identify the causes of the health problems, which will also lead to further action. The initial impression of paramedics is that the complications, which have spread especially among children, do not have coronavirus-induced covid-19. It could probably be a connection with a cold during the painful journey from the war-torn Ukraine across the border with the European Union to the current location in the Czech Republic.
At the moment, we ended the intervention in the refugee center in Dobřichovice, where we were a great call for the occurrence of more serious respiratory diseases, especially in children. A total of 15 small children were solved. Most of them were small children.

While the four patients with a more pronounced auditory finding went for further examination, the region is likely to address possible suspicions of pneumonia, among other refugees, and the disease appeared to be milder in other refugees. Foreigners were thus advised on what cold and cough medicines should be taken in Czech pharmacies.
