Description: Sandra Nováková in the comedy Hádek, which the authors claim to be Czech Homolka after fifty years. The screenplay was written by Sandra together with her partner, director Václav Morav.
WHO’S TALKING Few actresses are as active on Facebook as Sandra Nováková. He stands diligently and on all possible topics, from family through work to socially urgent topics. He would seem to say everything about himself. Yet she remains a bit of a mysterious lady.
She looks so fragile that you’re afraid the wind will blow her a little stronger. But appearances are deceptive. In fact, he is very lively and manages so much that it would cost two acting profiles. After all, her parents had already guessed that she would be shy and would like to show off when she was included in Disman’s radio ensemble at the age of six. The first children’s six were filmed at the age of ten, a year later The series followed correctly much more successfully. There were five of us, where she played with her brother Adam. Unlike other stars, she moved smoothly from children’s to teenage roles, and then to adults. In the meantime, she managed to graduate from the Prague Conservatory and rode like a track.
You might not even think that the blonde Gretel from the family series Right Six, which was shot in a Czech-German co-production by Karel Smyczek, is Sandra Nováková. But on closer inspection, however, the eyes and facial features betray them; photo courtesy of Czech Television
The vicissitudes of Gabina Šímová
She jumped into the role of a young nurse at the Surgery in the Rose Garden at the age of fifteen and lived with her for seven years. Gabina has experienced all the catastrophes that a girl who turns into a woman can face. She was recovering from drugs, tangled several suitors, lost her memory, found her again, fell in love with Dr. Hanák, became pregnant with him, gave birth to a son, but their relationship was destroyed by the insidious Dr. Švarc. When it seemed that it would turn out well for them, Gabina was beaten by a car. Severe mental problems and a psychiatric hospital followed. Hanák, meanwhile, fell in love with another. When Gabina found out, she canceled the planned wedding and disappeared with her son and relatives to Germany. Just a typical young woman from a soap opera who avoids anything that keeps the audience at the paintings. When it takes place in a series, it looks incredible when events rush around the actress, it’s proof that life writes novels.

Sandra had a tumultuous youth. The mother raised four children herself, and it was a little beyond her power to seduce an unruly teenage girl. Sandra took turns partying, they slept instead of school and started a new bike in the evening. Only once did her mother get on her nerves and she kicked her out of the house. And miraculously, Sandra turned to a friend from the last party she barely knew. She took care of her, stayed with them for a week and found out that the alleged party partner is actually a diligent and talented boy. That week, her life turned upside down. She kept going to school, but instead of partying, she turned to reading and self-education. After graduation, she spent some time in England, but it was a disappointment for her, so she returned to Prague. She was cast in one film after another, and was a guest at the Pod Palmovkou Theater, the Rococo Theater and the Rubín Studio. Together with Filip Rajmont, he founded the non-traditional theater project Barování s Sandra by Nováková in Malostranská beseda, a show in which a number of well-known and unknown actors and singers always take turns. The production-intensive project has been celebrating success for many years. In addition to all this, she directed the Surgery, which required not only a lot of time, but also the learning of many pages of texts.

Everything seemed to balance the peace in private, she boasted a harmonious relationship with producer Jan Nejedlý. But an unexpected blow came. Instead of the planned wedding, Nejedlý’s millions in debts and several years of lying broke out. Fatigue, an ugly breakup, all had consequences on the fragile body. Oncology treatment is a long way to go, and Sandra’s diagnosis required many months of patience and honest biological treatment in the Motol hospital. At that time, she promised herself and her doctor that she would take the gas. A crucial step was the farewell to Gábina Šímová.

New man and motherhood
The beautiful long-haired Sandra (who, by the way, is of blonde origin and made the change to black once and for all during the filming of Pusinka) certainly flew around a number of suitors, but soon after the break between them, director Václav Moravec won. In December 2015, she returned to the Motol University Hospital in a much happier mood – her son Mikuláš was born there. Not that she became a full-time mother. Still, she still organizes Barování, plays, she also added screenwriting, she only incorporated the care of her partner and son into her life. And as is her habit, pretty fast. Arrange the apartment according to their own designs, build a house for their son in the garden, etc., etc. After seven years of living together, engagements came, but also covid. Instead of wedding preparations, they started writing screenplays with Moravec. Last year, their joint film Mothers, a comedy about four modern women and their relationship and maternal vicissitudes, premiered. For this year, they are preparing another family comedy called Hádeki, in which everyone is simply arguing with everyone.

Transformation into a cheeky female doctor
Believe it or not, Sandra Nováková will be forty in April, but she still looks like a student. Although he can definitely dress for a lady. She chose the red costume of the Elisabetta Franchi brand for the Czech Lions and combed her hair in a completely untraditional way to make the robust gold earrings stand out. The fashion police didn’t praise her much, but when I looked older than usual, it was just her – the spirited, a little cheeky and a little mysterious Sandra, with a big wide smile and sad eyes.

We know her best now from the series Blue Code – Nurses – 1st Mission, where she has been disguised as Dr. Růžičková for several years. Although the mayor’s protective daughter has slightly transformed from a disgustingly arrogant farce with a desire for a lucrative position into a careful, talented doctor, she still lacks empathy and tolerance. The guys consider it a difficult insect and unfair competition, the patients show that she is the smart one here. From the moment she decided to join the military project, she longs to win and gain a prestigious medical position in NATO. Mission 1 is a bit of a weird series, the locals are a little embarrassed by those green brains in the hospital. No one could have guessed that a hot war in Ukraine would hit us in the middle. The creators of the series had no idea, so we still move only through the corridors of the hospital and follow the development of relations between doctors in uniforms and those in white coats, their great diagnoses and much more problematic private stories.

However, Sandra reacts to the current situation very vividly and, as is her custom, actively. You post photos from Ukraine and your comments on them daily on your Facebook profile. In an interview with WOMAN-IN, she confided in her feelings: “First feeling? Zmar. Total injustice. I think I will repeat myself. You have no words. I can’t describe the feelings I have the last week, when I’m only tied to CT24. I’m paralyzed, I’m not focused on the script. I should learn the lyrics, but I can’t because I’m nervous and scared. I’m worried about our future. I’m crying again… I have a small child and a mother who was eighteen when Russian tanks came here. He’s been traumed all his life, and now it’s happening here to our neighbors and the whole world is watching. And no one can do anything. “
Hádek:
AGAINST comedy from the joint workshop of Sandra and Václav Moravec
everyone just likes to talk to everyone
The actress is not lazy and tries to help: “First we equipped the whole car, which we took somewhere for the collection. We have registered to provide accommodation for Ukrainians. Now we’re waiting for him to assign someone. Of course, we will provide them with asylum with everything. ”The promo for the comedy Hádek is diligently posting on Facebook and is preparing another Barování in April. For sure, he casts Mikuláš in films directed by her husband, in which she also plays to be her mother as much as possible. Just a woman to stop …
