M Prague lk in crisis? Put panels on the roofs
It’s been less than a year since I was the head of my energy manager. An unusual editorial position is held by Jaroslav Klusk, who held a similar position for ten years in Litomyšl, about seven hundred kilometers away. His work was, and until now, extremely invisible to the media. This is now changing a new project called the concept of a metropolitan energy community.
When we, together with the mayor Petr Hlubuk, prepared this project, it would never have occurred to me how to go more current, I literally stare. I know that no one could have imagined how dramatic the increase in energy prices will be achieved not only at the end of 2021, but also in the light of the tragic events in Ukraine in recent days and weeks. This is exactly the common social reality for Metro Klusk.
Not just allowances
During the creation of the Climate Fuller by 2030, the magistrate set out above all the rising trend in the prices of emission allowances. These are essentially a tax on the environment. They were created due to threats in the form of global warming and climate change. Now it turns out that there was a click from the master ednk not to bet on a single card.
We have set a relatively ambitious target by the end of the decade to reduce glass gas emissions by 45 percent compared to 2010. The project of the energy community has since been considered a kind of flagship, explains the daily Metro Klusk.
And again, in the light of social events, it is already proving to be a very visionary potential with the help of thousands of powder households with a rapid increase in energy prices, adds Klusk.
Lots of buildings, lots of tech
The master wants to take into account the fact that Prague has a relatively rich fund of buildings, which has faded for a long time and the city thus escapes a significant complexity from the point of view of energy.
The current implementation of measures can ensure and a ten percent reduction in glass gas emissions, and we only talk about buildings owned by the city. In addition to city property, however, the climate is also fully devoted to the private housing sector. And the first in this area was the concept of an energy community, which is unparalleled in the conditions of the Czech Republic, describes Klusk.
Pipoj dm
They first take the first step. They founded the Prague Renewable Energy Community (PSOE), which takes the form of a city of organizations. Its priority is to help Praanm develop and build photovoltaic power plants in their own apartment and family houses.
The process is mind simple. Those interested in photovoltaics can register via the web spojdum.cz. In addition, after filling in the basic parameters, the apartment houses will be sent initial information about the installed power, the project economy, the number of operating expenses and the like, to Klusk.
According to Klusek, the following steps took place, such as an inspection of the building, processing of energy and static assessments, a proposal for optimal photovoltaic performance and, in the case of assistance, the preparation of enough investment support from the New Green Dispute program.
Investments in photovoltaics are not only ecologically but also economically meaningful for Praguers. The novelty is that the capital is also preparing additional investment support for photovoltaics within the framework of the energy program for Prague. During the implementation phase, which is guaranteed by the community, the strict requirements for the quality of components, the extended cancellation of the operation of photovoltaics under the PSOE line and the secured licenses, listed for the Metro Klusk day, will be met.
Fifteen hundred tons of emissions
PSOE’s activities do not only focus on the owners of family and apartment houses, but there are also preparation plants and projects within the framework of municipal property. According to Klusek, investment subsidies from the Operational Program for the Environment and the Modernized Fund, including non-investment subsidies from the ELENA program directly from the European Investment Bank, are approved for these.
In the course of the year, we will start the implementation and preparation of the project on hundreds of hundreds of works in Prague, start working on pilot projects. In total, the mentioned walls will have installed panels with a potentially saving cost and three and a million crowns per year and with a reduction in CO2 emissions in the amount of fifteen hundred tons per year. These installations are just arrests and will increase significantly in those years, according to Metro Klusk.
According to current forecasts, it suggests that the energy crisis is not just a momentary problem. On the contrary, he will be here for a very long time. According to Klusek, energy communities and community energy in general are a way to relieve some worries in this time as well. But the results will not be immediately visible. In the long run, the bags should have multiple effects.
