Index – Hungary – Poster war in Budapest: vandals were chased, a “pedophides” sticker was affixed
András Jámbor, six-party opposition candidate in the 6th individual constituency of Budapest a Facebook page reported that
between 8 and midnight last night, Fidesz organized more than 1,000 of our posters.
The politician added that on Friday night, “we gave a successful running lesson to the devastating government party” and in one case they were chased by a car.
According to his post, a police report has also been made, authorities are asking for camera footage.
A “pedophides” sticker has been unearthed
Olga Kálmán, Member of the Board of the Democratic Coalition, Márta Demeter, Member of Parliament, and Bence Tordai, Deputy Leader of the Dialogue, held a press conference on Saturday.
Politicians in the Unity Opposition Alliance in Hungary called for attention to be paid to the cases of Fidesz pedophiles “hidden” by the authorities on the basis of the Dialogue Communication, and spoke out against the government parties’ child protection campaign.
At the end of the event, on one of the posters of the child protection referendum, the text after “protect children” was pasted with the words “from pedophides”. The opposition also put on referendum posters in mid-February, as we wrote about here.
Meanwhile, Tibor Pogácsás, Secretary of State for Local Government, in the Pilis Population Forum of the party candidate in the individual constituency No. 10 they were in action. The politician was giving a lecture when a “Pogácsás robbed the municipalities!” a molino was drawn behind it.
