The maturity despite the students’ protests takes place appeals to Gröhling
Maturity 2022 will take place, oral graduation questions are regulated by schools with regard to distance learning. The Satisfied Graduate Manual, prepared by the Alliance of High School Students, will help students prepare for them. The Minister of Education, Science, Research and Sports of the Slovak Republic, Branislav Gröhling (SaS), stated this during a press conference on Monday.
One of the changes is that the time allowance for the external part and the written form of the internal part of the school-leaving examination is extended by 15 minutes for each subject compared to the previous year. The Matura exam consists of a written test in the language of instruction, foreign language and mathematics, style and oral or practical part. Graduates will write the standardized test and style from March 15 to 18.
Russia has published a list of states that are hostile to it. Slovakia is among them
The Russian government has published a list of foreign states that it believes are committing hostilities against Russia, Russian companies and citizens. Among them are all the states of the European Union and many other countries.
Sunday’s supplementary legislation stipulates that Russian citizens and companies must apply for a special permit to contact hostile foreign entities.
The list was created as part of a series of laws following Saturday’s decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin on temporary economic measures to ensure the stability of the Russian Federation.
Kotleba has not yet heard the verdict
They canceled the public meeting with Marian Kotleb. It was scheduled for Tuesday, March 8, at 10:00 a.m., when the head of the extremist LSNS was to find out if he would have to serve his sentence.
The spokeswoman of the Supreme Slovak Republic informed that the chairman of the opposition party needed more time to get acquainted with the new evidence. Kotlebu has already been sentenced by the Specialized Criminal Court to 4 years and 4 months in prison with a minimum degree of guarding. Since he appealed, the Supreme Court must decide. If the NS Senate agreed with the lower-level verdict, Marian Kotleba would have to go to prison, lose his parliamentary mandate and not be able to run the ĽSNS party from prison, which would also be in danger of disintegration.
