It is there that the Regional Assistance Center for Aid to Ukraine, common to Prague and the Central Bohemian Region, operates, where refugees from war-torn countries can settle basic matters with the authorities in one place, not only in connection with the declaration of residence; if necessary, they will also find accommodation, but also medical care or psychological help.
Three regional centers to help Ukrainians are not enough, another is planned in Příbram
The basic recommendation for incoming Ukrainians is: who does not need to go to Prague should choose another assistance center to process the registration. The closest, also non-stop, are now available in Kutná Hora (in the Congress Center of the Central Bohemian Region Gallery) in Mladá Boleslav (at the school on 17. listopadu Street) – and will be in Příbram (in the culture house) from Tuesday morning. In this context, the Regional Authority is related to the escort that the citizens of Ukraine who fled the aggression of the troops of the Russian Federation are free of charge after Prague and the Central Bohemian Region.
For example, Mladá Boleslav offers a guarantee that it will not be necessary to stand in line outside as in Prague. There is an extreme rush, as the joint Prague-Central Bohemian Assistance Center has handled matters for more than ten thousand refugees since the start of operations on Tuesday. There were three thousand of them on Saturday alone. However, the queue managed to shorten somewhat, thanks to the involvement of a larger number of volunteers who refused the announced calls.

Interior Minister Vít Rakušan (STAN) can also be expected to speak on Monday.
The overloading of the help center for Ukrainians in Prague (and also in Brno) should be addressed at the national level. Representatives of the state are expected to look for ways to spread the influx of refugees who need to deal with registration issues to other centers; within the republic, they operate in all regions.
